Regular in house on supplier training on new technology and systems that we supply and install is ongoing, as well as Security System Installation tips & techniques which are continually reviewed and improved by the team to ensures that our Installers and Technicians provide clients with a professional installation, training and advice that they require.

Security System Installation Process

Installation of Security Systems, is overseen by your dedicated Security Solutions Consultant who will liaise with the Installations Co ordinator throughout the Installation Process.  We endeavor to provide our clients with minimal disruption to their Business and Staff during the Installation of Security Systems and ensure that clients are informed and updated on progress during the process of Installation.

Security System Installation Health & Safety

Eclipse Security Systems considers the health and safety of it’s installers of prime importance and ask that during the installation of your security system that all areas that require access are clear of danger. An assessment of the site will be carried out by your installer before installation commences to ensure that the site is safe to work in.

Prevention Maintenance Plan

On completion of Installation we recommend an on going Prevention Maintenance Plan for your security system to prevent any issues arising with your system in the future.  A prevention maintenance plan will prevent costly call out fees and unnecessary disruption after hours and ensure that your system is fully functional at all times.
