  • Customer choice of Action on Alarms 
  • 24 hour Remote Monitoring of Alarm system by Grade A1 Control Room 
  • 24 hour Monitoring of AC Condition
  • 24 hour Monitoring of Battery Condition
  • 24 hour Monitoring of Tamper Conditions 
  • Early to open & late to close actioned
  • Monthly systems activity report (emailed as requested)
  • Weekly dialer test system reports to ensure communication with control room

  • Annual preventative maintenance call
  • Alarm panel battery replacement included with Annual Maintenance Calls if required
*Annual Maintenance ensures that your Alarm is compliant with Australian Standards Annual Preventative Maintenance Calls include full system test to verify operational efficiency of detection devices and control equipment. Parts and labour not covered by warranty that require replacement will be charged at standard service rates.
