The Premium 3G/Videofied Monitoring Package includes:- 
  • Customers choice of Actions on Alarms
  • 24 hour Monitoring of Alarm System via 3G by Grade A1 Control Room 
  • 24 hour Monitoring of AC Condition
  • 24 hour Monitoring of Battery Condition
  • 24 hour Monitoring of Tamper Conditions
  • Early to open & late to close actioned
  • Monthly systems activity report (emailed as requested)
  • All Transmissions from the Alarm system to control room included
  • 60 minute polling to ensure communication with control room, which is recommended for Commercial Premises
  • Video Verification of Alarms (applies to Videofied Systems)

*Annual Maintenance ensures that your Security Alarm is compliant with Australian Standards 


Annual Preventative Maintenance Calls include full system test to verify operational efficiency of detection devices and control equipment. Parts and labour not covered by warranty that require replacement will be charged at standard service rates.
