24 Hour Alarm Monitoring

Home alarm systems can be linked to our A Grade monitoring station that will immediately take actions should an alarm be activated. The central control room will contact the individuals who are held on a pre-determined list of key holders, to clarify the seriousness of the activation, these key holders can be updated at anytime via the customer care section of our website.

Once the control room has established that the activation is not a false alarm or been activated by accident, Police can be notified and/or a patrol car dispatched to site immediately on request.

Our monitoring service also includes system management so that you will be notified if there is a power fail or battery fail to your alarm and on request, a management report can be provided to show who and when your alarm has been activated and deactivated.
