The simplest way to order is online, using our shopping cart facility. You will need to create a login if you have not used our shopping cart before. This is very simple, just click on shop online. At the bottom of this page there is a register icon, please click and this will bring up a window for the information that we need completed to process your order. If you have previously logged in, your recorded details will be displayed automatically. Once you have logged in with your user name and password, simply click on the items you wish to purchase then click on "Add to Cart". When you have finished shopping click on "Checkout" this will take you through to the payment window. We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order, and again on dispatch of your order. If you are more comfortable placing your order over the phone, we would love to speak to you. Please download the order form and make a note of the product code of the items you wish to purchase, you will be asked for your preferred payment method and details if required, we will provide you with an order number, which should be used for reference if paying by Direct Deposit. Goods will be dispatched when funds have cleared.

Download our order form, complete and send! We will then contact you by email or phone to confirm your order has been received. The goods ordered will be removed from our stock and held for your pending payment. Please indicate your preferred method of payment on the order form. For direct deposit please use our order number as reference, our bank details are at the bottom of the order form. If credit card is ticked we will contact you by phone on receipt of your order. Goods will not be dispatched until funds have cleared.
We can only accept orders to be delivered within Australia.
Eclipse Security uses Paypal which allows online payment by Mastercard & Visa. We can also accept credit card payments over the phone.
We do accept cheques by post, please ensure that your order is enclosed.
Our bank account details are at the bottom of the order form please use the order number for payment reference. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We aim to process, pack and dispatch your order as soon as possible. If your order is going to take more than 7 days to dispatch we will notify you within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Orders can be delivered to you or to a different location. We use Australia Post's Parcel Post, unless you request otherwise. We charge Australia post rates for postage of each order, making it easy to calculate the total cost of your order. Please note that Parcel Post has a delivery time of 2 - 7 days, depending on your location and does not provide any insurance.
For a faster delivery, Australia Post Express Post is available, you will need to place your order and make payment by credit card over the phone so that we can ensure that the products you require are in stock and we can quote the cost of delivery. Please bare in mind that Express Post does not include insurance either. Even if your order is over $150, if you require Express Post it will cost a minimum of $15. While Express Post generally provides for next day delivery, because we are not in a metropolitan area, we fall out of Australia Post's "Next Day Delivery" guarantee network and hence delivery will take an extra day. If you, too, are outside Australia Post's "Next Day Delivery" guarantee network, this will also add an extra day(s) to your delivery. Particularly if you live in a rural area, it may make choosing Express Post uneconomical as it may be no quicker than regular delivery.

All orders are sent by registered post or courier and a tracking number will be provided via email when your order is dispatched. While we pack all orders securely and with care, we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of products during the delivery process. If this occurs, however, please let us know immediately. We regularly update our website and do our best to ensure that all products are available. If the product you have ordered will be delayed (more that 5 days), we will contact you immediately to advise you of a likely delivery date. If you do not wish to wait for that item, you of course have the option to choose a different item, or cancel your order in which case we will provide you with a refund. We will not post your order until all items are ready for dispatch, unless you request otherwise.
We will package your products in a suitable manner for that product to ensure the safest possible delivery of your product.
We acknowledge your rights under the Trade Practices Act and allow exchanges or refunds on all purchases. All items returned must be in original condition, unused with all labels attached and in their original packaging and must be received by us within 14 days of the date we dispatched them to you. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns unless these conditions are met.
